3. Product Information and Pricing Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, ingredient specifications, and pricing. All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted.

In the event that an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous information due to a typographical or technical error, TD Skincare reserves the right to correct the error and revise or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

4. Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TD Skincare reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to decline, limit quantities of, or cancel any order for any legitimate commercial reason, including stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

If your order is cancelled after your payment method has already been charged, a prompt full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials published on this website—including but not limited to brand graphics, text, product imagery, editorial copy, layout designs, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of TD Skincare or our respective brand licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or display any content from this website without prior written authorization from TD Skincare.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, TD Skincare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights provided under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any purchases made on this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts of appeal from them.
